I enjoyed my stay here. Close to everything, my work, to groceries, malls and a lot of restaurant. The owner is very pleasant, he even recommended places to visit and explore in Lexington. You got everything you need in the house, with your own fridge in the room and big car park in front of the house. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Place worth living
I had a very pleasant stay in this house. Close to my place of work. I had everything I needed in the house. Furniture, kitchenware, tv, washer and dryer. The bedroom was comfortable; With also another refrigerator. All bills were included in the rent. Deposit returned in a timely manner. Any concerns attended in a timely manner. I hope in the future if I go to Lexington I can go back there.

This place is very good!!! Close to Nicholasville Rd. as well as to New Circle Rd. The property has easy access to affordable public transportation, and if you have a car there's plenty of space in the driveway and also in the garage. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all the appliances needed, and the living room is very comfy. There's WiFi (internet service) and a very good A/C + heating unit. The fact that washer and dryer are in-house makes it more than convenient!!! Everything is clean, nice and well put, specially the bathrooms. Finally, two things: a) that with one monthly payment, you don't have to worry about utilities and such; and b) that the landlord is a very good person makes it an ideal place to live (stay).

A REALLY GREAT FIND!!!!!!!!
As a traveling nurse I found a lot of things to love about my stay at this property. First of all J the landlord was amazing. I found the area and property very safe and convenient for my job at UK hospital. (I extended an extra 3 months) It is a shared house with secure locks on everyone's doors. I had a couple of roommates during my time here and neither one was a problem everyone just kind of kept to themselves. If I were to ever return to Lexington I would definitely stay here again. I definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!
