A nice place to stay!

I stayed here for the summer and had a great experience! Adam and Amber are very responsive, and they are always working on improvements for the property. The unit gets a lot of light, and the back yard gets a lot of shade to relax in. Great experience overall.

Great place!

My partner and I stayed downstairs for close to a year, and we had a wonderful experience. The place gets plenty of sunlight; the location is very convenient walking distance to CSU and grocery stores. Not to mention that Adam and Amber are always very kind and helpful. A highly recommended place to stay.

Cozy and Comfortable!

We rented this property for about 7 months and really enjoyed our time here. It is centrally located, a short walk to the spring creek trail, whole foods and a handful of food/coffee spots, and is overall a nice quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to feel right at home and really appreciate the care Adam and Amber put into this space. The backyard was our favorite spot to be when the weather was nice!

Great place to stay in FoCo

A and A are great! The place is super cute and comfortable, but not too fancy. Also an easy walk to campus or the south end of Old Town.
