Close to Major Hospitals--Newly Renovated Duplex-Tower Grove South

A lovely place to stay!

The unit itself is so spacious and cozy! It has everything you need including a separate office with every appliance I needed to make me feel at home. Ashley, the landlord, was super attentive, kind, and caring, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. I'd gladly return to this unit if I go back to STL!

The Place to Be

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful home and cannot recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable. It's just a short walk to a beautiful park, perfect for morning jogs or a peaceful stroll. Plus, theres an awesome brewery nearby great place to unwind after a long day. The area also boasts a variety of fantastic restaurants, so youll never run out of delicious options. What really stood out to me, though, is how close it is to all the major hospital systems incredibly convenient for anyone in healthcare or needing access to medical services. The house itself is cozy, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it's a prime spot for both work and leisure. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
