All New, Completely Remodeled Apartment

Lovely Stay

Tamie was a great a landlord and answered any question or need I had. The unit is a basement unit, very nicely upgraded, well equipped kitchen, comfortable couch and bed. Plenty of storage with a shared laundry right off the kitchen. Easy dedicated parking spot off the alley. Easy access to i70. There is a cute cafe and brewery about a 15 min walk. Truly enjoyed my stay!

Apartment was so nice, had everything I needed while staying there. Landlord was amazing, super good communication, anytime there was a tiny problem she got it fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

This had everything I needed for my 3 month stay. It's in a great location, parking is super easy and Tamie was a great host. I had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Very easy commute to UCH Anschutz without getting on the freeway. Very easy access to I-70. The landlord is a sweetheart! The place is newly remodeled and is super clean. I worked both dayshift and nightshift and never had any issues sleeping concerning light or noise. Private and street parking available.
