It includes utilities, wifi, TV with cable and streaming. Stacked Washer/Dryer in bathroom. Kitchenette has an apartment sized refrigerator, dishes, stove and microwave. The bed is a full size with linens and blankets. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood (asking for quiet guest)...

This property is not subject to the rent limits imposed by Section 1947.12 of the Civil Code and is not subject to the just cause requirements of Section 1946.2 of the Civil Code.
Review
Eleven days after moving in I received a 7pm passive aggressive email accusing me of clogging the shower drain with lent. No real proof just assumptions. Several handymen and days later. Lent is no longer the culprit. Now it is something blue… I don’t use anything blue in the shower. I don’t know how I can be the only suspect when her other room was being rented before I moved in. Several different plumbers arrive to work, disrupt and inconvenience her guests for four weeks. When their work is complete “Something blue” is no longer the culprit. Now it is wipes. Flushable wipes… I don’t use flushable wipes. I think she may have forgotten that reviews exist. I hope this will be a healthy reminder.
