This house and large detached garage sit on a flat 1/4 acre lot in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Within a mile of the house is the "ski hill," which has xc skiing in the winter and excellent mountain biking other times of the year. Restaurants within walking distance and hospital about a mile from the property. There are two downhill skiing areas within an hour- Stevens Pass and Mission Ridge

We have it set-up for two bedrooms and the third bedroom has a pull out bed in the couch and a tv. Room is more for guests or a place for quiet as the main floor is an open space floor plan. There is a large detached garage for skis, bikes, and other misc. items
