Fabulous People & Location
I originally booked to stay here for 3 months and wound up staying almost 2 years! Gene & Dila are great to work with, friendly, and helpful. The apartment is nicely decorated, has excellent heating, and parking is readily available on the side streets. As a bonus there are 2 grocery stores in walking distance and public transportation is easy to access. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent!
I stayed in this basement apartment for a travel contract at UW Montlake. Great location, easy commute to the hospital, and very clean property. Street parking is always available, and there is a private entrance separate from the main house. Gene and Dila were extremely kind, welcoming, and quick to respond. The apartment felt like a home away from home.
