Private, multi-family apartment homes

Wonderful stay, great location !

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The apartment has everything you need to feel right at home. Monique was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always responsive whenever I needed anything. The neighbors are great, and the location is even better! Its a fantastic place to stay, especially if youre looking for something comfortable and convenient in the area. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Seaside or surrounding areas!

Awesome Rental!

Monique's rental was the perfect place for my husband and I (and our dog). The house is well furnished, especially the kitchen. Monique went above and beyond to supply us with everything we would need and more. We loved hanging out on the balcony, you can't beat the views (especially during sunset). We really appreciated Monique as a landlord. She was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We would gladly stay here again.
