Very welcoming landlord

This place was very comfortable and gave me no issues. It was excellent for the price and had all the basics covered. Sarah is an amazing landlord and is always available to help if any issues do arise or if you want something to be improved. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in this area!

Comfy & Peaceful Stay, Stunning Hikes & Deep, Deep Sleep

Great value that exceeded expectations! Sarah, the host, is accommodating, helpful & friendly. Her place is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The mattress, bedding & towels are good quality. The setup works well. I was concerned about sharing a bathroom, but it turned out not to be a problem. The location in Takoma Park, MD is spectacular! There is a quaint walkable historic part with shopping, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Plus a nearby public library with free printing. A quick drive or take nearby public transportation to DC, VA and other areas of MD. Come back to peace & serenity... The property has parking and is next to a beautiful and tranquil park. I was not expecting amazing hikes among stunning trees, streams and clean fresh air daily...! Wow, wow, I miss the bed, hikes, trees & wonderful deep, deep sleep. Thank you, Sarah, for a comfortable, peaceful & restful stay.
