I stayed in the studio during my travel assignment at a nearby hospital. It was perfect for one person sporting everything I need: off-street parking, laundry (shared with other unit), fast Wi-Fi, well supplied kitchenette, and a space that provided a restful retreat after a long shift. I found the studio to be cozy and comforting rather than cramped. I felt like I had ample room to relax, craft, cook, etc. Plus, L has utilized every inch to maximize storage space for you! The house is quiet with a fantastic yard and the neighborhood is wonderful and safe. You are in walking distance to a park, a few restaurants, a coffee shop, a brewery, and Safeway. Any need I had was taken care of promptly, which is very appreciated. I had a great stay in the studio and would happily rent again.

Claire has been the perfect tenant! Five stars all the way. She is a genuinely nice person, always responds to and communicates pro-actively, ALWAYS pays on time and she left the apartment absolutely in pristine condition - spotless. Our property manager said " Claire is the best! She can stay forever!" We would have her back any time and highly recommend her to any landlord.

I had a great experience living here. The place feels spacious, with a nice open kitchen area with a toaster, coffee machine, air fryer, and any kitchen item you can think about. The wifi worked strong and fast. Everything was so clean and organized. L is a great host and is quick to respond. The area feels safe and is walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and grocery stores. I would stay here again if I am back in Denver!

Best experience! L has been hosting for years with all 5 star reviews from past tenants! I work remote & the space always remained quiet. Nice desk/office chair. Good, strong wifi. Blackout curtains. Kitchenette fully stocked with anything you'd need, stovetop you could plug in, toaster, amazing airfryer/toaster oven combo, mid size refrigerator etc. Stocked with soap, cleaning supplies, starter laundry detergent & more. Clean, spacious bathroom. Every TV streaming service you'd want! They really thought through every detail so all you need to do is come with your clothes. Big armoire for storage. Best neighborhood in Denver! Close to hwy. Super safe. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants! Close by grocery stores, lightrail & the AMAZING Washington Park! Cannot recommend this place enough! Tenants in the space next to me gave me fresh bread over the holidays! Would be perfect for a travel nurse bc hospital is across the street. I'd definitely stay here when I'm in Denver again!

She was quiet and even though she worked from home it was easy to forget she was even there. Amazing space with privacy and character! Lovely garden views from the living room and a great walk in closet with shelving and drawers. I love the exposed brick wall, arched doorway and big brick fireplace (not operational, just beautiful). The kitchen was nicely stocked and had lots of counter space and storage. The bathroom is large and updated, and I enjoyed relaxing in the tub! This neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and it has multiple shared patio spaces or there are great pocket parks nearby. This is my favorite place I've lived while in Colorado and truly feels like home!
