Comfortable, convenient, peaceful!

What a wonderful place to stay! The room has it's own private entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house, making it your own private oasis. The location is quiet and peaceful and so convenient! It's close to downtown Novato (5 mins), close to the Freeway and to many hiking trails. The room has it's own ensuite bathroom with a shower and all towels and sheets/blankets provided for. There is a kitchenette provided - no burners, but has everything else you need to warm up your food and then store it in the mini fridge for leftovers. Washer and dryer is easily accessible along the outside of the house - no need to walk into the main house at all. Ida is the best Landlady one could wish for - this is my 3rd Furnished finder and she is by far the best. She is sweet, personable, respectful of your privacy but not standoffish at all. She is an great communicator and her rates are fair. I highly recommend her place!
