Great Stay

From first communication right through my move out date Beverly was excellent to work with and always was very communicative. She had plenty of recommendations for the local area, the apartment was well stocked with everything one would need for their stay, the decor is well thought out and I felt right at home, the neighbors are all kind and quiet so it was easy to relax. And the best part for me was the convenience of so many fantastic hikes, this area is an outdoor paradise. I would certainly rent again while in the area. Great price, fantastic landlord and all those trails.

Butte Haven Condo

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this condo. It had everything we needed for our 4 month stay. Plenty of storage, large kitchen which was fully stocked, large closets, and even an outdoor patio space with grill! The bed was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a short drive to whiskey row with plenty of great restaurants/little shops. We really enjoyed the local book store and coffee shops Prescott had to offer. Walkable distance to The Cove coffee shop, which was a huge plus. Beverly was always very prompt and receptive to any communication, allowing us a relaxing stay.

Great Place!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We are travel nurses and stayed for a 3 month contract. The apartment had everything we needed and the some. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook and even Tupperware for meal prep. The apartment is located a few minutes from whiskey row and many grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is nice if you have a bigger vehicle. Overall, we loved it and will miss it!
