Nice property in a safe neighborhood, close to the hospital, nice owners.

My husband and I rented here from May 2024 to Nov 2024 while working a contract at Highland Hospital. It's a nice 7 minute drive to work (night shift). The properity is nice and furnished with anything you could need. There are 3 bedrooms with a comfortable bed in each room and there is plenty of closet space. The backyard is landscaped and is a relaxing place to meditate or decompress after a long shift, also it's fenced so our dogs could come and go as they pleased. The weather here is nearly perfect so we are able to keep the windows open most of the time. There is a driveway, I would recommend using to reduce the risk of car breakins/theft (this is not specific to this property, but to the city/area in general). The neighbloor hood is nice and safe and walkable. The house itself if modern with nice finishes. There is a security system, ring door bell, and security cameras. There is an ADU in the back that is rented separately, but we never had any issue and got along great with the neighbor. The owners, Eric and Leigh, are nice and easy to deal with. Anytime that we needed something, they took care of it right away. We decided to move here permanetly so we needed a unfurnished rental. I would definately rent form Eric and Leigh again.
