Perfect Location

Had a good experience with furnished finder renting with Kim. House was spacious and room was big enough. Kim let me borrow a chair so I was not just having to sit on the bed and took it downstairs for me as well. Room came with a tv and a night stand. Kim was very welcoming and accommodating. Keeps to herself but if your wanting to chat she's there as well. Has a cleaning lady that comes weekly to clean, no need to clean at all! Location was great for me as a drive to many other cities was just a few minutes away and very close to Park Meadows Mall. Has two cats that are very welcoming as well but they keep to themselves if you're not into cats too. Can keep your car in the garage which was nice even though weather was not bad and neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Colorado.

Awesome place to live!

I have had a wonderful day while renting from Kim! Her house is lovely and very well kept. She's very clean and even provides a monthly cleaner, at no additional charge, to tidy up your room and bathroom. She is super quiet and respectful of your sleeping arrangements no matter if you are a day shift or night shift worker. She also lives in a quiet neighborhood that doesn't make for much outside noise. The basement has the best four-piece bathroom with a oversized shower and separate oversized tub to enjoy. She also has two cute cats to keep you company if you're a cat person, but are no bother if you are not. I would 100% stay with Kim again. It was a great arrangement!
