Great Spot

I stayed in the small apartment and it was perfect for one person. The unit was very clean and quiet with plenty of privacy. There is a microwave and toaster oven for heating food and plenty of linens and supplies.

Amazing 3 Month Stay

Kevin & L.T. have the perfect basement unit with all of the amenities needed to feel at home. Lots of space for clothes and storage! New appliances that work great with a very nice sized bathroom. For being a basement unit, you get lots of daylight and the temperature remains very comfortable. There is a nice backyard space with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a very convenient location, close to everything you need with easy access to i70. My wife and I stayed here for 3 months with our cat and couldn't have asked for a better space. We were able to fit our travel trailer and a vehicle in the long gravel driveway. The safe neighborhood was perfect for going on runs and bike rides. We could get to the mountains to go snowboarding in under an hour due to the close proximity to i70. Kevin & L.T. are super friendly and were more than happy to help with anything during our stay. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Arvada!

great apartment, even greater hosts

This apartment is really nice and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. It's close to Olde Town Arvada which is great for night life, and has a light rail stop directly to Union station. Also close to I-70 for access to the mountains or downtown Denver. The hosts also made the backyard very pleasant & dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Denver
