Bluewater Downtown Wilmington Cottage at Cargo District

We had a great stay. The home is very cozy, close to the hospital and plenty of parking. Diego was a great host and made everything super simple. I would likely stay again as I come back in the fall

This was a perfect house close to the beach and downtown. The house was cozy, welcoming and I loved having the fire pit during the cold December nights. The backyard was perfect for my dog. The neighborhood was very nice, no issues at all with neighbors. Diego was a fantastic landlord, insightful and responsive. I would absolutely love to stay in this house again!

This property was great! The house is clean and very comfortable with nice furnishings. The backyard was great for our dogs as well. Anything we needed D took care of quickly! The neighbors are great and very friendly. We felt safe and it was close to everything you could want or need. We would rent this home again for sure!

This was an exceptional place to stay! We stayed in this home for two months due to a Novant contract, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house itself is stunningbeautifully designed and impeccably clean. Located in a fantastic part of town, we absolutely loved how convenient it was to access everything we needed. The neighborhood is charming, vibrant, and we felt completely safe throughout our entire stay. The proximity to local amenities, shops, and restaurants made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay.
