Excellent place to stay with a great landlord

This is exactly what I was looking for, the place is in an area where all stores are close. Maribel is a wonderful landlord and as nice as she can be. The place is gated, has plenty of room for 1-2 people and just a good place to stay.

A zero risk property

This house is on a gated property and also has a car port. It has more than enough space to accommodate single living. The landlord was very attentive and quick to fix the few issues that the house no longer has. It's also nice being located near Six Flags, Disneyland and the beach. With all these factors in mind, it's also worth noting how affordable it is to live here. I would highly recommend this location. 5 stars.
