Good Apartment

I stayed over the summer for an internship. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The surrounding area was also nice. Everything went smoothly and was well-managed.

Great Experience

Great area, comfy apartment with a private entrance. Had all the amenities included—great neighbors and landlord. The landlord always responds to all questions quickly. Great hospitality! Located close to all shopping needs. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Lansing Review as a blue collar man!

I rented this Apartment to travel for work as a union electrician, first time ever doing so. The Apartment was absolutely perfect. Quiet, private, comfortable in every way. The bed was amazing. The Apartment checked every single box required for me to be comfortable working on the road away from my family. Lynn and her brother were awesome landlords, they were extremely nice and answered any questions or issues I had. The permanent tenants that live in the complex too are also all really nice. Lynn will be the first person I contact if I ever come back to work in lansing or the surrounding areas. I can honestly say I miss that apartment already. Fully recommended renting the place if youre looking for a relaxing place to be after clocking out!

Apt. 4 Review

Great place for 1-2 people! The apartment has everything you need and theres plenty of stores/restaurants with in 5-10minutes. The landlord is super nice, respects your privacy, and provides recommendations about best places to visit. I tried rebooking for a month in the winter, but her units fill fast so book while you can! Great-short term apartment to live in.

Quiet Cozy Apartment Review

Certainly quiet and private! The apartment had everything I needed and more, and it is well maintained. Essentially everything you could need is less than a 5-10 minute drive away. The host was also very accommodating during my stay while also respecting my privacy. I'd certainly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area!

Cozy Apartment

Great apartment with a great location. I stayed in this apartment during a travel assignment in the Lansing area. The location is very quite and private. You have your own private entrance to enter the apartment building. Easy access to laundry. The apartment was very clean when I arrived. I had everything I needed that they were quick to respond if I needed anything. I would stay again if I was in the Lansing area.

Apt #4 Prince Apartment

I love this apartment. Quiet and private with my own entrance. I was never afraid coming at night because the whole apartment vicinity is well lighted. Laundry was very convenient because it is inside the complex. The place is close to grocery stores, restaurant and major highways. I would stay there again if im assign to Lansing area again. Great place
