This is a really lovely apartment that was built recently above the garage in a backyard. My husband and I live in the front house. The apartment is quite cosy and we have gotten good feedback about it from the people who have lived there. The apartment overlooks a garden and depending on the time of year, you could have fresh oranges, tomatoes, lemons or various herbs that we grow. There is also a barbecue that you can use....
