Nice location in Fairbanks

It was a great location. Enjoyed being right downtown to enjoy local establishments. The apartment was well furnished and clean. The appliances were top rate. being in the basement proved to be a plus as it was a warm summer in Fairbanks.

Location and comfort

This is a great property very close to the hospital. The landlord is awesome, always ready to address any concern or questions you may have. The property was ready for me with a key code after my long flight into the state and very comfortable. It was a little more pricey than some of the other options I found, but as most travelers would probably agree, enjoying your accommodations and having a washer and dryer in your place makes any contract more enjoyable.
