A wonderful summer stay

I stayed here during my summer internship and had a wonderful experience. The house was deep-cleaned before I moved in and was spotless. It comes fully furnished with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, with beautiful surroundings that are perfect for walking and jogging, and parking is very convenient. The landlord was always easy to reach and communicated clearly. The whole family is incredibly kind and welcoming. I spent a very happy summer here and would recommend this place to anyone!

The Lovely ADU

I had a wonderful experience living at the ADU on Sladky Ave. Edut, along with his sweet wife and family, are warm, nurturing, and professional landlords who always communicated clearly and promptly while still respecting my privacy. The ADU itself is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with modern appliances that worked perfectly the entire time. The home felt very secure, and the neighborhood is both safe and welcoming. I loved being able to walk to Cuesta Park, and the nearby Safeway and shopping center. Parking was always easy, which made coming and going stress-free. Move-in and move-out were smooth, handled honestly and fairly, giving me peace of mind from start to finish. Edut and his kind family were truly a gem to live beside..I will miss them dearly. Anyone who gets the chance to live here will be very lucky!
