Cozy Seattle-Eastside cottage with room to breathe

Quiet, Private & Close to Everything!

I loved my stay at this cottage! The owner was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with throughout my stay. The cottage was even better in person than the photos and truly felt like a hidden gem in the middle of Canyon Park/Bothell. It was the perfect combination of peaceful and convenient - minutes from I-405, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, yet incredibly private. The beautiful stream (North Creek) behind the property was such a fun surprise and natural white noise at night. The cottage was spotless, nicely furnished, larger than most 1-bedroom rentals, and had everything I needed (and more!). The well-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of parking, and thoughtful extras made it feel like home. It was an excellent value, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and convenient place to stay!

Great Place

I had a wonderful time staying here during my contract work. I truly feel it's a gem of a place to live. It's private, quiet and is in a safe neighborhood. The cottage is tucked away down a long private driveway. At the same time, you're close to the freeways and shopping centers. I really enjoyed the balance of the location as it was 15-20min from work in Monroe, 25min from Bellevue, and 30min or so from Seattle. For us it was perfect. Dare I say it was a bit of a sanctuary from all the busyness and noise of the Seattle metro. The landlord is great, has a very relaxed style and isn't nosy. He's very attentive and you should feel comfortable asking him if anything comes up as he is very solution oriented. I wish we could've stayed for spring. It's such a nice spot part of me wished we'd be back! Enjoy it.

Whether enjoying morning coffee on the quiet porch or unwinding after work, this cottage exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil setting with attentive management and all the necessary amenities. Five stars!
