Home away from home
My boyfriend and I travel every winter for work. Every winter we find something that works but it never feels like home. This winter, we stayed at Alyssa & Derek’s rental and I’ve truly never felt so at home while being away. They truly have every single thing you could need in this rental. The area is safe and pretty close to all the beaches. All the utilities work great and if anything ever went wrong, Alyssa & Derek would immediately fix it. Truly the kindness landlords I’ve ever had. If we return to the area next winter, we’ll definitely try to rent this place again! Thank you both so much!

Home Away From Home
This couple deserves way more than a 5 star! Amazing hospitality received, the home was breathtaking, beautiful, clean and comfy. The landlord stayed in touch with us throughout our entire stay to ensure we were in the best place and happy. We got through a 2 hurricanes together and she was so accommodating during it. Thank you both for creating this special memory for us and for being good people. We felt safe and at home. I recommend this home to everyone.

Perfection!
The host is absolutely wonderful. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. It was quiet and a nice area to walk my dog. The host provided everything one would need in a home. My experience was 5 . Thank you Allyssa!

Home away from home!
I work at at the local hospitals in the clearwater area seasonally. My mom, 2 small pups and myself lived here for my last winter work contract and we had the most amazing time. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors, the unit is clean/spacious and private. It is about a 10 minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes from multiple grocery stores and restaurants and has easy access to Clearwater beach, St. Petes and Tampa! Our landlords A&D are incredible people and are very attentive to their tenants needs - we could not have asked for a better stay! 10/10 would recommend this space if you are visiting the area! Thank you again so much A & D - hope to see you again next season :)
