Josh was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was very inviting and neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our 20 year old daughter needed a place close to Wayne State for a summer internship and this place was perfect.

Great Place to Stay

Host was superb; welcoming attitude & responsive when I had questions. Apartment was clean, fully functional and secure. When I return to Detroit again for work, I'll be sure to contact him again for the unit's availability!

Wonderful Location & Kind Owner!

We ended up needing a place to stay close to the Detroit Medical Center for the month of February to support a family member who was in a bad accident. The owner of this rental was very kind, allowing us to move in the same day I had reached out to him. The location was excellent and the home offered all the amenities we needed and more! It was comfortable and safe and having a small washer/dryer combo unit in the kitchen was super helpful for us to not have to leave the apartment. Overall, we had a great experience and we are very grateful for the owner & his rental property.
