Perfect place in the city!
My husband and I have been living in this apartment since January and it has been an amazing stay. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market, weve become very familiar with the area as it is very enjoyable to explore and easy to navigate. Also a quick 15-minute walk to the Seattle Center and Space Needle. There are many public transit options nearby and access to a range of restaurants, cafes, and bars right at your doorstep. I am a travel nurse at UW Montlake and it has been very convenient to take the train to work in a pinch. The apartment itself is fantastic. I particularly appreciate the private balcony with an amazing view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. The space is well-laid-out, with a separate bedroom that offers a nice degree of privacy, which is a big plus for anyone who likes a distinct living and sleeping area. As for the amenities, they're top-notch. The building offers secure parking, which is such a relief in the city, and there's even an Amazon delivery locker on the first floor. I also love the pool and gym facilities - great for keeping up with a fitness routine without leaving the building. The washer and dryer in-unit are incredibly convenient and save so much time. Mimi is a great landlord and has been incredibly helpful. Its always a pleasure interacting with her. Overall, we have been very happy here. It's a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We have extended our initial stay by 6 months and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live in the heart of the city!

Nice, pleasant, long stay
I initially had planned to stay here for 13 weeks but ended up renewing my lease.What a wonderful stay! The place is as the pictures show, clean, tidy and close to many stores.very quick to respond and friendly.I definitely plan to stay here again if I ever return to Seattle.

Great location
Great location in the heart of downtown seattle. Secure building with parking. The apartment is quiet and offers breathtaking views. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants, shops and pike place market.
