Downtown Clean Cozy Room and House

Great place for a great price

I spent 3 months with Antonietta at her house over the summer. The house is clean and the kitchen, laundry equipment, parking, location and security of the house were good. Part of this rental space is sharing a bathroom, which was no problem, but know that could be and often times is a deal breaker for most. I often come for myself and found out easy to do so in Antonietta's kitchen. I would recommend this place for a short lease.

Perfect Location, Space, and Host

I recently had the pleasure of staying in A's home while in Tucson, AZ for a month. The location was perfect, especially for someone like me who enjoys exploring local eateries and the vibrant city scene. What truly made my stay exceptional was A's incredible hospitality. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from providing helpful tips about the area to making sure the room was impeccably clean and cozy. The home itself was beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and maintained with all the amenities needed, including streaming services on the smart TV in the living room, laundry, a dedicated workspace, and linens. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of being close to both the downtown area and the hospital where I was working. Overall, I highly recommend this room rental to anyone staying in Tucson!
