Cozy Waldo Bungalow

This property was a great interim home for me & my dog while we transitioned to KCMO from out of state. Jerri was kind, hospitable & understanding. Her husband, Tom, was a great maintenace contact, helping with anything I needed. The house is cozy, comfortable & the area is beautiful. Mature trees, the Trolley Trail walking path, you're truly immersed in nature. My dog & I loved the area so much that we're planting roots 0.2 miles away :)

Loved staying here

Stayed here for a few months with my husband, daughter , and pup and it was perfect for us. The location is great, close to everything. The neighbors are all great. We loved being so close to the Trolley trail to go on our evening walks. Tom & Jerri were great landlords. Easy check in upon arrival and were very attentive and pleasant. Tom keeps the lawn very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Peaceful little abode

I Enjoyed the quaint space and really enjoyed the the location as well. My dog and I would walk the Trolly trail and even though it's a city dwelling it really is quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was perfectly equipped and close to literally everything. The gas stove was a dream and the house a perfect size for us. I miss this cozy house and give it a 12/10. We were sad to leave!
