Great place to stay!

I stayed here for three months and it was a perfect stay. The unit was spotless, has modern appliances and great water pressure. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options close by. Jody the landlord is very responsive. Couldn't recommend staying here more!

Perfect Spot

This was the best spot if you're working in or around Phoenix. It's a great central location to a lot of restaurants and such an easy drive to St. Josephs hospital - no freeways needed! Jody was so easy to get ahold of and really cares about his property and tenants. The unit has everything you need, washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC, designated parking spot, full kitchen, roku tv, etc. I will definitely stay here again if I do another contract in Phoenix!

Highly Recommend!

My dog and I absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The space was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location was perfectclose to shops, restaurants, and easy access to everything I needed. Jody was responsive and professional, making the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the building was, yet still felt safe and welcoming. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to liveit was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish!

The CityScape Suite (unit 2)

My pup and I had an amazing stay at this apartment. It's in a great location, just a short distance from downtown and close proximity to several major hospitals, which is perfect for traveling medical professionals. Jody is a fantastic host! He was quick to respond, clear in communication, and truly cared about ensuring everything ran smoothly during our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the Phoenix area!

Great place

I had a great stay at this apartment. Its in a great location and close to the surrounding hospitals like Banner and St. Josephs. The place is very updated and was spotless when I moved in. The property manager, Jody, was also amazing with communication and keeping in touch with any needs one might have. I definitely would recommend this place to travelers.

Beautiful home and everything we needed

This unit was perfect for what we needed during our short term stay! It was less than 10 minutes from both Valleywise Medical Center and the Airport. Jody was very accommodating from the start and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and beds were super comfortable which was a plus! Move in process and move out process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants to be downtown because there is so much to do in that general area!

Nice place right outside of downtown.

Nice place to stay. Close to downtown and airport. Owner was always available for any requests or questions. The place was also very very clean. Would likely stay here again if im back in the area.

Cityluxe unit 1

This Unit was perfect for me, my wife, and dog! Great location near downtown Phoenix with plenty of food options. J was a great host. Would stay here again.
