WARNING: Host falsely accuses guests of damage. Take photos immediately!

Our stay was highly disappointing. The host's outdated video misrepresented the property; we arrived to a filthy apartment and spent our first day cleaning. The fridge/pantry were full of expired food, cabinets were sticky, and the provided vacuum was too cheap to clean the floors. Worse, the washer/dryer required 3 cycles to clean clothes, yet the host blamed us for "breaking" them. The host also falsely accused us of causing pre-existing stains on the couches and baseboards, claiming our dog urinated on them. This is impossible; our dog is always kenneled when we are out. Furthermore, some stains were from rain leaking directly into the kitchen and living room. As a college student drowning in debt, I felt targeted because I didn't take "before" photos which I understand is my fault. The only positives were the great security staff, nice neighbors. Document absolutely everything on day one, or you will not get your deposit back.

Justise was pleasant and polite to communicate with during their stay, the property sustained significant damage that required extensive remediation. Items damaged included the toilet seat, the front door wood framing, and the washing machine drum due to improper use (overloading), found upon cleaning condo , this tire up comforter requiring replacement. Additionally, severe pet or human urine damage occurred on the living room couch and penetrated the wood plank flooring underneath. The required repairs, deep cleaning, and remediation costs ultimately exceeded the security deposit amount. Due to the extent of the property damage, I cannot recommend this tenant to future hosts. I personally conduct deep cleaning and condo inspection between every turnover and believe this information provided is false. Mahalo

Amazing stay!!

I really cant put into words how perfect this place is. It is cute, homey, and has lots of natural light that shines in through the BEAUTIFUL lanai (which has black out shades that go up and down with the push of a button). The view from the lanai is amazing for anytime of the day, especially sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked. Bonus points for the washer, dryer, AND dishwasher!! There is lots of room for storageI came with LOTS of things and had no trouble with storage space. The unit also comes with one very conveniently placed parking spot. It is a fob entry building, with the elevator also being fob entry. Between the fob, security, and being on the very top floor, safety was never an issue! Location was perfect! 3 min to Straub and 10 min to Pali Momi. Not only is this unit absolutely amazing to stay in, but the landlord is a breath of fresh air. Diana is timely, communicative, fair, and very caring. I would come back and stay in Dianas home in a heart beat!
