We are in a very peaceful part of town just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and about 4.7 miles from downtown. Our gated property currently houses us, our 3 children, grandma, her two older doggies, a wonderful yard, swimming pool, garden, peach tree, playground, firepit, and your own small, private patio for sitting, reading, and sunning. In the summer of 2022, we survived a horrible fire. Over the last 18 months, we made our home much better! This is a brand new rebuild and its all yours. HVAC, temp control, alarm, light, incredible soundproofing and drop ceiling (we know what it's like for night nurses!) , google fiber and smart tv, full fridge, microwave, cooktop, convection oven, laundry room, exercise gym, outdoor pool. Housekeeping included every two weeks!

Quiet, Affordable Stay in a Walkable Area
Quiet and Comfortable StayI really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and very reasonably pricedperfect for a student, nurse, or anyone looking for a peaceful spot. The family was kind and accommodating, and the area is nice for walks. Just a note that some neighborhood dogs can be a little protective near the entrance, but it wasnt a big issue once I got used to it. Overall, a great stay and Id definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay!
Great location. Close to downtown but out of the city which was perfect for my dog and I. Beautiful neighborhood. Safe and nice to go for walks. The family, who live upstairs and own property, are wonderful. Very friendly, inclusive, and easy going. The kids are great! I enjoyed them all, a lovely family:) I recommend staying here!
