Cozy Place

My husband, son, and I stayed here for roughly 8 months and had a very pleasant stay. It’s a spacious space with lots of storage. It’s in a very friendly and safe community close to everything you need. Would recommend

Amazing

I want to say that I had a wonderful experience. Landlord was very responsive. Property manager was available if needed. (1 phone call away). Very Spacious. Close to NRG stadium. 5 min walk to Kroger. I can't complain about the traffic because I am so use to it beng from Atlanta. Very Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. I could look out the window and see my car from the front door or from the 2nd bedroom window.

Safe and Responsive Owner

One of the better properties I have stayed at. The landlord was very helpful and communicated responsively. At one point the A/C failed, and the landlord was able to get someone to fix the A/C in three hours. The property is well decorated and very clean. As I stayed for a month, I was grateful to see cleaning supplies to maintain the property. I felt safe walking/running around this property and enjoyed its proximity to the Med Center and parks. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Braeswood

Property is older but safe. This unit is spacious at a reasonable price of 2000 per month. Nicely furnished, open concept living area is nice,and the host is very responsive. Downside is it takes 20 mins on good day to travel approx 6 miles and possibly 30-35 on a bad day. Kroger is literally across the street but it's not HEB. There is an HEB grocery store nearby which is a plus. Parking is a bit cramped I'm always worried I'm going to get door dinged due to narrow spaces. Nrg stadium is walking distance if you're looking for events. Plenty of places to eat around the area. Unit has a new stackable front load washer and dryer. Hospitals are literally about 5 mins which is a definite plus as we recently had an emergency. Host is down to earth and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.
