I cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful cottage. I moved to the Bay Area in February and was blessed to find this beautiful, safe, and conveniently located cottage. I stayed for 6 months while searching for my permanent living arrangement and found both the cottage and landlord to be incredible; providing peace of mind and safety while learning the Bay Area.

An Absolute Gem in San Mateo!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage on Peninsula Ave! From the moment you walk in, you can see the care put into the property-it is beautifully decorated with gorgeous French design in every single corner. The front courtyard is absolutely amazing, filled with lush flowers and orange trees. The indoor space is very comfortable, clean, and spacious for two people.Aside from the stunning property, the landlord is incredibly welcoming and friendly-we even shared a great cup of coffee and conversation together! I also absolutely loved the convenience and excellent security of the location. A major highlight was the proximity to Coyote Point Park, which was an easy jog right from the cottage. The area is perfect for walking, running, and hiking, with beautiful beach views, a local yacht club, and a great vantage point to watch planes fly over the water. I highly recommend this charming cottage to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful,, and perfectly located place to stay!
