Great place, more than I expected!

Definite 5-star! This room is in a PRIME location. You can literally walk to the library, lake, local eatery, and shopping is less than a mile away. The room itself has everything! - comfy bed, desk, chair, tv, and bathroom is right there. Plus, there was laundry, WiFi, and cable. The common areas (living room and kitchen) are really nice too). The landlady is sweet and really wants people to be comfortable in her home. She feels like the grandmother you always wanted. If you want to be in PTC and want to live someplace nice with nice people, this one is hard to beat!

A Wonderful home away from home

I rented a room here for three months while working an internship in the Metro Atlanta area, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is very convenient and central to everything you could need, including grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty of nearby walking trails. I also really enjoyed staying with the host. She was incredibly kind and accommodating and always made me feel comfortable using the shared spaces in her home. She created such a warm, welcoming, and home-like environment, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend renting from her to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Great Location

The Location is great, the area is quiet and peaceful. You are close to many restaurants and stores, there's also a beautiful park across the street and beautiful trails. I have throughly enjoyed the area. The stay was nice, just as long as you maintain a professional stance with Landlord you should be fine, make sure lines are drawn and you stay within the boundaries you set. Things can change and you will picked on and bothered if something is not to her liking. I would recommend it is perfect for men, not so much for women unless you remain to yourself with your own things and you're okay with sharing a shower with a man.
