Serene and Quiet Studio in Concord-California

Hi, Im a travel nurse and I stayed at this lovely property for three months during an assignment. I had my small dog with me and having a fenced in private yard was wonderful. It was beautifully landscaped and in the summer and fall the big crpe myrtle tree provided lots of shade. There was a lovely seating area as well. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was very efficient and modern. I had all that I needed to prepare a nice meal and it has a full-size refrigerator. There was a 2 seating island for meals and a comfy couch that butted up against a large floor to ceiling window that that let in the sunlight with a view of her charming private backyard. The property owner Claire, was very friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay. She would often offer me homemade soup or a warm cup of coffee. She introduced me to the other neighbors and everyone on the cul-de-sac was so friendly. It was a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe. I had a parking space in front. It was definitely my home away from home. I would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

This is such a beautiful little apartment. Close to hospitals, tucked back into a quiet little safe neighborhood. The landlord is so incredibly nice and accommodating. Also pet friendly and fenced in which is amazing and rare for the area. I would definitely stay again! :)
