NEWLY Furnished! The space is the lower level of my house. Private 1,250 square feet, open floor plan and has its own walk out to the back yard and a path around to the front. The space has a semi private bedroom area, work/desk station, full living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
Very cozy and quiet area with plenty of room to move around easily.

Beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood, fully landscaped. Close to hospitals, medical organizations, shopping, restaurants and Aurora Reservoir. Very well maintained area with awesome walking path, pool, clubhouse, tennis courts. Close to E-470 and Southlands Shopping Mall. Very easy access to the airport, 20 minutes.

Excellent property & amazing host
My daughter had an internship in the Southlands mall area this past summer and stayed at this property for more than three months. The apartment was spacious, clean, cool, and quiet - very important qualities to her. It looks like it was just renovated since the bathroom and all the finishes and furniture looked brand new. Extremely safe neighborhood, too. It was a huge bonus to have a private one-car garage, but she also felt safe parking on the street both day and night. The apartment was a great value for what it offered and, should my daughter be back in Aurora for another short-term stay, she would be happy to stay at this property again. The added bonus, though, was the host! Dawn was amazingly kind and supportive of my daughter. She gave her plenty of space of course, and every renter would be different - but it was exactly the right amount of attention and concern that really helped my daughter thrive on her first summer away from home.
