Awesome Condo!

This condo was absolutely ideal for my travel assignment at Rose Medical Center, just right down the street. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, which made settling in really easy. The nearby downtown area was incredibly convenient, with easy access to groceries, coffee shops, and even a workout studio—which I loved. It made day-to-day living both simple and enjoyable. Jennifer was always available if needed and was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, which made a big difference. I would 100% recommend this space to anyone looking for a place to stay in Denver!

Great Denver Condo!

Loved this place! Great location— walkable to areas including groceries, restaurants, cafes, and fitness centre. Very safe area of town. The drive to Anschutz Hospital was about 15 min. The suite is very well laid out with a lot of drawers and cupboard space which I appreciated. Jen was fantastic landlord- communicated promptly, had everything organized well with checking in and out, very transparent with information and helpful with local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Jennifer is a fantastic landlord! She is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made check-in and check-out quick and effortless. The place was exactly as described and well maintained. I had a great experience and would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommend!

Amazing condo

This condo was great for my stay in Denver. It's in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. It has many great amenities like the outdoor pool and gym that were very nice to have close by. Would definitely rent here again!

This condo was everything I needed and more for my first travel assignment. Close enough to UChealth, grocery stores, nice restaurants and more. The building is well taken care and comes with a gym and heated pool (24/7). Jenns hospitality made for a smooth transition and great start to my traveling experience.

Park Mayfair Condo

I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is fantasticclose to everything you need, from grocery stores and restaurants to public transport. As a travel nurse, I especially appreciated how convenient it was to get to nearby hospitals, making my daily commute a breeze. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and has all the essentials youd need for a short-term stay. Its well-stocked with kitchen basics, bedding, and even little extras that made it feel like home. The landlord was truly amazing! Their communication was prompt, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness and attentiveness made my stay so much smoother, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay with a host who genuinely cares!

Perfect Apartment!

This apartment has everything you need! Its in a great location and with driving distance to just about anywhere you want to go. You can even walk to places. Its got good A/C and has a balcony to relax on. Also there is a parking garage so you dont have to worry about finding a parking spot or whether your car will be safe overnight! The landlord is very responsive and I had ZERO issues will staying here for 6 months! Highly recommend!

Excellent Location, Great Amenities, and Very Fully Equipped

This is a super place to stay with a convenient location near Rose Medical Center, a dozen or so restaurants, a grocery store, and a lovely park. While small, the apartment is filled with everything you need for cooking, cleaning and relaxing. A large balcony overlooks the inner building's courtyard and outdoor pool. There is an indoor pool, too. I used the spacious and well equipped gym almost every day. The covered parking turned out to be essential, as one night we had a large hailstorm that could have damaged my vehicle were it parked on the street. The cherry on top is a friendly and welcoming host who actually owns the property. Don't you just hate those impersonal compqnies who run a bunch of properties on AxxBxb and act like they hate you?

Perfect fit!

This was my first time renting a micro unit and I absolutely loved it! From the unit itself to the location. It fit all of my needs and more. The video the owner has online is perfect. Really shows exactly what you are getting. From the appartment, there are a ton of stores, salons, resturants and activities all in walking distance. As for my job sites, it was very central to all 5 of the KP clinics I was working at. I never felt like I was too far of a drive from anything. The owner, J, was super helpful and easy to work with. When I come back to Colorado, I hope this unit is available.
