Wonderful spot!
This is a perfect place for 1 person, every inch of the space is well utilized so you have all the necessities and conveniences of a bigger house in 250 sq ft. It's in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of stores and eateries. The landlord and his wife are lovely people and very accommodating and helpful, quickly attending to any needs and good communicators. Highly recommend!

Great rental
The tiny house is a great rental for a locum. The owners are just lovely people. Everything you need is in the house. Also the location is perfect - walking distance to buy your groceries, close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach and rec trail. Plus so close to Monterey. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are very friendly. If I ever need to come back to Monterey for work again I would be sure to see if this house is available

Great Spot! A lot in walking distance.
I had the opportunity to stay at the tiny home for my travel contract and commuted to Salinas! The highway is close by and it was an easy commute. I loved the property and the area in general. There is so much to walk to like restaurants, multiple coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, the grocery outlet and my favorite the beach! This tiny home has everything you need and the owners are very accommodating to any requests to improve the space. Highly recommend!

Wonderful tiny house!
This is the perfect property for a traveling nurse! I stayed with this wonderful family the last year. They are very caring and compassionate people with a love of nurses. The house is cozy and completely furnished, close to several shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here during your travel assignment!
