Quiet oasis near downtown and hospitals Apt 7

Clean, quiet, and well designed

I stayed here for my hospital contract. And it was exactly what I needed. No hassle, nice room and full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful courtyard, and good places to eat nearby.

Wonderful Oasis

So grateful to have found this place as a single female traveler! It felt safe, conveniently located for walking, and had all the amenities I needed. Communication with the owner is top tier. They were flexible, very responsive, and helpful if needed. I would happily stay here again. (Not to mention the backyard is absolutely gorgeous during the warmer months).

Beautiful apartment!

I am very picky when it comes to places I stay at. But I must say my stay here was amazing! The apartment suit my needs. Quiet, environment, close to just about anywhere. There is ample parking on the street or in the back of the building which is fenced, multiple security cameras on the property which was a plus. The land Lord is very responsive, laid back, just a cool guy. I will definitely stay here if I ever go back to Lexington.

Great safe place

It was a great place to stay, no problems, the landlord was awesome and very helpful. The place to park is safe and it is surrounded by a fence. If you are looking for a secluded and private with no problems, I recommend it. Five stars all day.

Home away from home

I am a solo traveling nurse that likes peace, clean space, good eats and most important, safety! During my time at UK hospital I made this unit my home. The place is so perfect! All newly renovated, enclose private parking, 7-8 min away from Chandlers, 5 min to grocery store and planet fitness! Walking distance to bars. D the landlord and his mother are so sweet, welcoming and super awesome! D is easy to reach and he responds fast. I didnt have any issues with anything. All travelers in house. The place is well managed, maintained and well lit. If I return to Lexington I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for home away from home.
