Private Room Bath and Workspace close to downtown

Great stay

I stayed in the property for 3 months, and it was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bathroom was attached to the room, which was very convenient, and the landlord was helpful and accommodating.

Best place to stay at near Wilmington and Newark. 10/10

I stayed in this property for the 2 month duration of my summer internship and honestly it couldn't have been any better. Since the beginning, the landlord was helpful answering questions, communicating, and giving recommendations. The room comes with everything one might need and even some extras. It's a joy spending time with the landlord, while still getting all the privacy and space one might need. Loved all the shared spaces, but having the private room with a private bathroom is a winner. Would recommend staying here for as long as you might need. Will definitely be staying here again if needed!

Great Stay! Amazing Landlord!

I stayed here for a month and would again if I get assigned here again. I was on a travel nurse assignment. Super easy to get to from the train station and anywhere you need to go to. I did not have a car and could get around just fine. There are very good restaurants nearby for a hearty lunch or dinner. Landlord keeps the house immaculate! You feel like it is your home away from home. After a long shift, I looked forward to coming back to this space to sit on the couch and veg a bit. There is a private bath and room upstairs. Landlord is truly the best and super helpful. There is also a gym downstairs to workout which I loved and a unique feature in a rental that we should see more of!

Awesome find!

This place was an awesome find! Great price! All the amenities one may need to be comfortable and feel at home. The bedroom was cozy. Has a closet. You have your own bathroom (which is a huge plus) , access to a home gym and living room. There is also WiFi and your very own parking space (another huge plus) T host is probably top 10 most incredible human beings on planet. She was attentive, available and very communicative to make this stay feel more like a second home than a short term rental! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great stay!

Staying here was a breath of fresh air. Landlord was great, friendly, welcoming and very communicative. Had my own room with my own bathroom and desk to get some work done. I stayed an entire month for medical school rotations at Christiana Care, which was a super easy commute. I enjoyed getting to use the gym as well downstairs! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent experience

I stayed in this lovely property for a 13 week travel nurse assignment. The house is clean and the room is spacious. There is the benefit of the ensuite bathroom, and workspace as well as the gym on the 1st floor of the townhouse. The property is right in the middle of downtown close to restaurants and grocery stores. As a women traveling alone I felt very safe in the area. The landlord is very gracious and helpful when need.
