Sound proofing between room and main home shared wall. Room blinds and darkening shades on both the entry door and window. Bedroom is fully carpeted. Kitchenette and bathroom have upgraded tile flooring. Kitchenette includes small fridge/freezer combo, microwave, toaster, electric tea pot, coffee maker, dish drying rack. Bedroom area has a dresser, nightstands, small table and 2 chairs. Extra pillows and blankets.
Space
This space was the former master bedroom for our home. It was converted into a short term rental approx 8 years ago and has undergone several upgrades and changes. We have a great love for our home and it reflexes in this space as well.We hope you find it as cozy and inviting as we do.
Neighborhood overview
Our home is located at the base of Mt. Elden. There are multiple access points to hiking and biking trails into the National Forrest from our neighborhood. We also connect with many urban trail systems that surround and run throughout Flagstaff. 4 minute drive to Flagstaff Medical Center.

Wonderful Place
I had a short stay at this lovely unit and highly enjoyed it. Lovely neighborhood to walk and get fresh air. Off street parking. Quiet. Had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!
This place is super close to FMC (like a 3-5min car ride) as well as being close to downtown and other shopping areas. Despite being so close to the city area it is in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe the entire time I was here. The unit itself was clean and has all the basic essentials you would need during your stay. The home owner is very friendly and responsive if you need to reach out, otherwise she just lets you be. If I ever do return to work in Flagstaff I would not hesitate to stay here again.
