Excellent stay!

Graham and his wife take excellent care of their property. We rented out both room to have our own privacy for a comparable price around town. Location is close to everything, and a safe part of downtown. You are on the corner of a busy street, but the walls to block out a good portion of the sound. Location, amenities, and price - great stay and owner!

Great property and even better Landlords!

Dr. Graham and his wife are fantastic people to rent from! I rented this while doing my rotation in Tulsa and was very pleased with all that it had to offer. Fully furnished, clean, and the owners are available via text for any concerns or situations that may arise. I had ZERO problems while I rented there and the location is also close to downtown and right on the same street as Tulsa University. It was quiet even while on a Main Street. I would 100% rent from Dr. Graham and his wife again!! You won't regret it!

Conveniently located

I rented a unit from Graham from December 2023 - June 2024. It was an ideal location, located a stones throw from University of Tulsa campus. A grocery store was a few short blocks away- I would walk to get my groceries (when I wasn't feeling lazy). The whole area was easily to access and walk-able. In addition the college, the library, restaurants and other conveniences were all nearby and conveniently located (I highly recommend the Rib Crib off 15th) The property was clean and well-maintained, and the neighbors in the adjoining unit were friendly, quiet professionals. (Good neighbors are a big deal!). I found Graham to be friendly & responsive to any concerns I had, and he has a landscaping company to take care of the grounds so my time there was worry-free. If I head back to the Tulsa area in the future, I would definitely reach out to Graham for accommodations.
