Pet-friendly spacious home w/ garage & fenced in yard!

This was the perfect home for my travel nursing assignment! The main area is very large and open, with a nice deck off the living room which has great views of the sunrise in the morning. I did not expect to find a place for this price in a Denver suburb, but especially not one with 3 bedrooms, a huge office, and a 2-car attached garage. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard, plenty of room to play lots of frisbee! This was my first time using Furnished Finder and Heather, the property manager, was extremely responsive and super helpful whenever we needed anything or had questions. She stocked the kitchen with snacks, water, a d toiletries even though we were staying for 3 months. The house is in a nice, friendly neighborhood at the northern edge of Arvada, close to Westminster. Its situated in a great spot about 20min to drive into downtown Denver or Boulder, and several freeway accesses within 5-10min. Old Town Arvada and LoHi are also only about 10-15min drive away! Highly recommend
