Early Departure Due to Communication Dynamics and Livability Issues

Shortly after moving in, I encountered livability issues, including sealed or difficult-to-open windows in both the bedroom and bathroom, which limited ventilation. When I raised these concerns, communication escalated rather than remaining focused on resolving the issue. Interactions early in the stay became tense and confrontational. In-person communication included raised tone, dismissive responses, and behavior that came across as intimidating, which made it difficult to address concerns constructively. This pattern began within the first two weeks of tenancy and did not improve. Due to this environment and communication dynamic, I did not feel comfortable continuing the tenancy and chose to leave early. Future renters may want to carefully consider communication style and expectations, as this may not be suitable for those seeking a calm, professional, and collaborative rental experience.
