Furnished 3/2 townhouse 3 minutes from AdventHealth Daytona Beach

My roommates and I loved the location of the property as it was close to many of the sites we were located at. The neighbors were fantastic and very welcoming. Having access to the pool and gym amenities was a bonus especially since Florida is so humid. W was very communicative and was super easy to get a hold of for any property questions. The only reason I give it a 4/5 was not because of the beautiful home, but there were some minor things we did reach out to the landlord about. The floors and bedding could have been cleaner (especially since the cleaning fee is higher than most) but the size of the rooms made up for it. The pictures were a bit misleading on the room with bunk beds as it is not two twin beds as we suspected. The room has a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom and a pretty good sized twin on top. I just share this as some residents may not know this by the images. I do recommend this property because we had a pleasurable stay.
