Cozy and comfortable!

Debra was an amazing host who showed great hospitality and flexibility. She was a quick responder to my messages and texts, and she made me feel at home while I was in the area for several months on a graduate school rotation at Duke. I felt very comfortable with signing my lease online because we Facetimed and got to talk prior to official documents being signed. Due to my long clinic hours, it was required that my dog be let out at least once during the day...thankfully there was a neighbor who agreed to walk my dog for a very fair price per week...this is just another example of how I was made to feel at home in the neighborhood. The proximity to Duke, different restaurants, and gas stations were perks as well. Several walking areas are located nearby, which was great with a pup. I have already recommended my classmates to stay here if they rotate through the same site, but I recommend anyone looking for a short-term lease to stay here. My favorite part of the tiny house was the screened in back porch. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at Debra's tiny house!
