I stayed in this lovely 2-bedroom property from 7th November 2024 to 3rd October 2025 with my family and we had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The landlady (Leza) extremely reliable and kind, always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Its rare to find someone so genuine and accommodating She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a landlord who genuinely cares about their tenants. Im very grateful for the great experience I had here!

Excellent Experience

Thank goodness for this APP and places like this for people in situations like mine. I had an issue with my permanent housing lease when I moved to Atlanta 2 weeks before Christmas. I had my belongings in PODS, and they were waiting at the distribution center for when my family and I were in our rental house. Thank goodness we had them in storage as the rental home we had lined up was terrible and we had to work on getting out of the lease. We were staying in a hotel (expensive and not comfortable). I used the app furnished finder to find a spot for me and my wife and our 2 kids plus my in-laws. (wife's parents) Leza contacted me straight away when I posted about what my needs were. Her typical method of renting is monthly, but she was so understanding and kind to do a 2-week lease instead. (We didn't know how long we'd need the place) We actually ended up extending another 2 weeks and spent Christmas in the condo. (Santa found his way there) ;) This space was so perfect for what our needs were. 3 Beds, 2 Bathrooms, and all the comforts of home. Plus, she started you out with the needs you don't typically have when traveling, Paper towels, dish soap, sponges, detergent etc. It was quiet and just what we needed. My kids loved staying there for the period we were there. Thank you so much Belle Properties for being so hospitable.

Will stay there again anytime.

Simply adorable, no complaints at all, clean, comfortable beds, quiet and administrator always available and whiling to help. Definitely will do it again if needed. Very nice place.
