Private one bedroom, fully furnished home located near the hospital, dining and shopping

Quiet and well appointed

I stayed at this home for close to three months and loved it. The home is small but updated and clean. The tankless water heater was great - never ran out of hot water! Neighbors are super friendly and respect your privacy. The neighborhood is serene with lots of large lots with well-maintained homes and tons of beautiful large trees. Jay was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my needs...although not much was needed since the home was stoked with everything one would need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience!

My husband and I spent two pleasant months in this delightful little house! It is close to everything, is well equipped, and the landlord is extremely responsive. We hope to stay again at a future date. I highly recommend.

Outstanding Find

Great safe and ideal location, close to all in Goldsboro. Furniture is very nice. Kitchen and Bath has been updated. This is a small house not an apartment. No one on either side and above or below to keep you from a good nights sleep! I would recommend this to anyone looking for both long term or monthly. S
