Excellent and Beautiful Home

Melinda has been a very kind and caring host! Shes very communicative and makes you feel right at home. The home is peaceful, quiet, clean, and BEAUTIFUL! Its close to many restaurants, bars, Flower Conservatory, and Baltimore Zoo! 10/10 and would love to stay here again

Wonderful rental

I have been staying here since June 2024 and Melinda has been really responsive and accommodating to any issues that have come up. The space is really clean and spacious, I was able to do yoga in my room and have coffee on the balcony connected to my room.

My stay

I stayed here for 6 months while on my medical school rotations, and it was a wonderful experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The furniture and amenities made it easy to settle in right away and feel at home. The location was very convenient and close to everything I needed. Communication with Melinda was excellent. She very responsive, helpful, and respectful of my privacy throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to other traveling professionals or students looking for a reliable and comfortable long-term stay.

Highly recommend this space

I have been staying here since Jan 2025 and I have really enjoyed my stay so far. The property manager is very responsive and accomodating and the space inside is really nice. My room is very spacious and the area is nicely furnished. I am here for nursing school and this spot has made my transition as a student super easy.

Great Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 months while doing medical school rotations and it was a great experience. The process from booking the place to regular updates and reminders made it a very smooth few months for me. The property manager was very helpful in helping me settle into the Baltimore area and provide recommendations for transportation and food. The entire property is newly renovated with keypad locks on all doors, the room was very spacious and well lit with all the essential amenities throughout the apartment and an in unit washer and dryer. The place was neatly kept in all the common areas with monthly cleaning. The location is across from a park which is great to visit and close enough to the airport and Downtown area. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Amazing 3rd Floor Oasis in Luxury Home

Have to already recommend the rest of this beautiful home and its en suite rooms! I have stayed in the Parkview en suite room for two+ weeks and continue to check myself that it is for real. The owner has fully renovated an historical building from bottom to top with high end appointments from closet organization to lighting to high end kitchen appliances and air-conditioning units with remote controls and a latest technology door security system. The owner and property manager are very professional and pleasant. They have helped me navigate in and around the area as I am new to Baltimore. I have always found parking on the street out in from of the building. The location is super great -- I work near the airport to the south, and only a short few miles to the north I was recommended to check out The Rotunda and its neighborhood for shopping and restaurants, but also can access all the downtown events of the city of Baltimore within minutes. Take a look and then take a tour!

Beautiful and Excellent Hospitality

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and I can't stop raving about it! What truly set this property apart was the hospitality of the property manager, K and her staff. From the warm welcome to the personalized recommendations for local attractions, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' experiences, and their attention to detail made me feel valued throughout my stay. I was surprised how the price was very reasonable for this quality of property. I have paid the same range in the past for something more basic and less space. I enjoyed the monthly cleaning. At first, I thought it was unnecessary but I realized it was an unexpressed need being taken care of. Halfway through my stay, I was able to transfer to another room in the property (balcony to park view) and I liked both rooms. I highly recommend booking a stay. You won't be disappointed!

property Manager has not refunded security deposit

If you like your piece of mind, stay away from this property first of all the arrangement that you make with them is not what goes through. I rented this place briefly they were aware I'm at Travel Nurse. If my contract get canceled, I have to cancel them unfortunately when my contract got canceled and I tried to cancel them up till now even though I give them enough notice up to now I have not received my security deposit. Also they charge monthly fees for cleaning $150 for cleaning the place monthly I never saw a cleaner in the house For seven days that I was there I never saw a cleaner even though I paid the cleaning fee upfront before getting in the property. Also, the place was very dusty is staged . It looks clean, but is dusty very dusty as you step on the floor, you can feel the dust under your feet. You can feel the dust if you like your peace of mind this is the last place you wanna be at,please don't let the-presentation fool you.
