Huge place in IDEAL location
This is a GREAT rental! I've been traveling for 1.5 yrs and this is my fav place I've rented. 1300+ sq ft. 2BR (pics are a bit misleading: there is 1 huge MBR w king bed and huge flat screen; the 2nd BR has 1 queen; that being said I had 2 girlfriends visit and one crashed on the huge comfy sofa & she was very happy). Landlords (super sweet & rt nxt door) thought of everything: fully stocked kitchen, desk w printer, 3 AC units, fans, great linens, W/D, ample parking. Huge windows, closet space, hard wood floors, new furniture. There is going to be a 2nd rental on the basement level, so be prepared to be quiet. Also, this is right on State St, a busy 4 lane street; it does calm after rush hours; I am very sensitive to noise and I managed. BEST: This place is approx 1 mile from fun downtown, 1 mile from fun Esther Simplot park/Greenbelt, 1 mile from fun Hyde Park/foothills. Grocery/liquor/restaurants/brewery 0.5 mi away. You really can't beat it!
