Guesthouse is behind main house with completely separate entrance and is gated. Beautifully landscaped back yard with waterfalls and two dedicated seating areas with comfortable chairs and fire table. 2 large picture windows to look out on seating areas and waterfalls. Landscape is on timed lighting as well as 24 hr. lighting on premises. Security cameras at driveway and front door. Quiet neighborhood.

This private guesthouse, with a dedicated parking space in the driveway, also has a private cement sidewalk leading to the quiet backyard with waterfalls and landscaping. The cottage is behind the main house (completely separate) and set off from the street, so it is especially quiet. Keyless entry. About a mile from each hospital in Medford. Modern design and just built 5 years ago.
Neighborhood overview
Our neighborhood is owner occupied (no renters except my cottage) quiet, and close to both Asante and Providence Hospitals. 20 min. to tourist destinations such as Jacksonville and Ashland. Less than an hour away to Crater Lake, Mount Ashland, and numerous beautiful mountains and lakes.

Small Cottage in Medford
Nancy is a wonderful host! She checks in to ensure everything is going well and that you have everything you need but ensure that you get your privacy. She was quick to respond if there were any issues. The place was very clean upon moving in. Location is excellent and central - a very close drive to Providence and Asante which is a plus.

Beautiful Cottage
Great place to stay, private, quiet, and close to, work, shopping, and hiking. The landlord respected my privacy and was quick to respond if there were any issues. It is a cute little oasis and a great place to unwind after work.

Lovely Cottage
This little cottage had everything I needed. Very spacious and clean and very close to Providence Medford and Asante. Neighborhood felt safe and the host Nancy was amazing. She made sure to supply the cottage with essential needs and if there were any issues, she would respond in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is close to many stores and even close to hiking trails!
